Dr. Claramma P Chandy completed her DPM from Kasthurba Medical College, Manipal in 1996. She initially worked in the Department of Psychiatry at KVM Hospital, Cherthala till 2000. Later, after moving to Delhi, she was privately practising as Consultant psychiatrist in New Delhi till 2003. 

She joined the psychiatry team here at Nair’s Hospital in February 2003 as a Consultant Psychiatrist and has over the years become an integral cog in the functioning of this hospital. Her core areas of interest include Adult psychiatry, Psychotherapy, Premarital counselling and Social psychiatry.
