Ms. Vasudha V C is a licensed clinical psychologist, who completed her MPhil in Clinical Psychology from Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh. She did her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from St. Agnes Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research, Mangalore under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and BSc Psychology from Prajyoti Niketan College, Pudukkad (Calicut University).

Her research during the academic career included “Modifiable Risk Factors in Dementia” and “Impact of a Brief Psychoeducational Stress Management Program on Perceived Stress and Adjustment Among Secondary School Students” in which a brief psychoeducational stress management program was prepared incorporating ideas from existing literature, efficient and practical to deal with the perceived stress of secondary school students.

She has a track record of accomplishment in conducting thorough psychological assessments – IQ tests, psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological assessments, offering expert individual psychotherapy in treating various psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, emotional problems and relationship issues.

She is a trauma informed psychotherapist with a compassionate and empathetic attitude, experienced in dealing with child, adolescent and adult population. Her areas of expertise include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Behavioural Management, Schema Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
